Deirdré obtained her BA LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney in 1981. She was also appointed as an Acting Judge in the Free State High Court for three terms and was shortlisted for a vacant judge position in 2009.
Deirdré specialises in Appeal Court Litigation and is a skilled divorce lawyer. Her expertise includes the following: Supreme Court of Appeal Litigation, Family Law, High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation and she is also an Accredited Mediator.

Jeni obtained her LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney in 2009. She specialises in banking law and recoveries. She is also an admitted Notary. Her expertise includes the following; Debt Collection, High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Litigation and Notarial Practice.

Ronel obtained her BCom Law and LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney in 2002, as a Conveyancer in 2004 and as a Notary in 2007. She practices in the Property Law and Deceased Estates Department. Her area of expertise includes the following: Deceased Estates, Transfers of Immovable Property, Notarial Practice and Commercial Law.

Christna obtained her LLB and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2018 as well as a Notary in 2021. She practices in the Property Law and Conveyancing Department. Her expertise includes the following: Transfers of Immovable Property, Drafting of Contracts; Notarial Practice and Legal Research.

Wynand obtained his BCom. B.Iur and LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney in 1980. He has exceptional knowledge of the transport and truck industry and financial administration. His expertise includes the following: Road Accident Fund; High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Law and General Litigation.

Dip. Property Valuation
Stephan obtained his B. Proc. LLB degree and Dip. Property Valuation. He was admitted as an Attorney in 1980. Stephan specialises in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as the Valuation of Property. His expertise includes the following: High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation, Trusts, Insolvency Law and Property Valuations.

Dané obtained her BCom Law and LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2020. She practices in Property Law and the Conveyancing Department. Her expertise includes the following: Law of Contract, Drafting of Sale Agreements; Transfers of Immovable Property and Standard Bank Bond Cancellations.

Alné obtained her LLB degree and joined Bezuidenhouts Inc as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in 2021. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2023 and practices within the Debt Collection Department. Her expertise includes the following: High Court and Magistrate’s Litigation; Debt Collection and Corporate and Commercial Litigation.

Melgardt obtained his LLB degree and joined Bezuidenhouts Inc as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in 2022. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2024 and practices within the High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation Department. His expertise includes the following: High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation; Trusts and Property Valuations.

Stacey obtained her LLB degree and joined Bezuidenhouts Inc as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in 2022. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2024 and practices within the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Department and Appeal Court Department. Her expertise includes the following: High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation and Supreme Court of Appeal matters
Numerous candidate attorneys also assist the firm.
The candidate attorneys are receiving continuous training from their principals and are attending prescribed courses.
Candidate attorneys are also rotated between departments during their time of articles to expose them to as many aspects of the law as possible.
The balance of out staff is composed of 19 administrative personnel including typists and filing clerks. A close working relationship exists between the various departments.
